This Privacy Statement explains how we collect and manage personally identifiable information you share with the St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches Visitors and Convention Bureau (SAPV&B) through our website, electronic magazine and promotional emails. Such information includes, but is not limited to, survey responses, site registrations and information preferences normally related to planning a vacation in SAPV&B. This information is used to tailor communications to you from us or from authorized Visitor and Convention Bureau members such as hospitality businesses. With respect to sharing personal information with VCB members, the information you provide is subject to use within that company’s privacy policy. SAPV&B will not share your personal information with non-VCB members for their independent use without your permission. We may disclose your personal information as required by law, in conjunction with a government inquiry, or in litigation or dispute resolution.

This in turn allows us to provide a better user experience. Only information you voluntarily provide is stored in your customer file.
