The Castle Weekend
Book the three-story tower suite at the glamorous Casa Monica. Dine in absolute seclusion in the seductive, tented Sultan's Room, stay up late at the Cobalt Lounge. Order decadent pastries in bed; lounge beside the rooftop pool; splurge on the lavish Sunday brunch.
Bring champagne for your star-lit carriage ride along the waterfront. Pop into Cortessés Flamingo Room for late night aperitifs until your Casa Monica chauffeur arrives in your 1955 Chrysler Imperial or 1929 Model A Convertible to whisk you back to the castle.
The Gingerbread-and-Salt Marsh Weekend
Snuggle into a romantic Victorian-era bed and breakfast inn. Ask for the honeymoon suite for the best private bath and extra romantic touches.
Have the innkeeper pack a gourmet picnic basket, then head to Anastasia State Park, forested in the ancient oaks Ponce de Leon may have visited in 1513. Sail or kayak along the pristine white sand dunes and marshlands of Salt Run.
After a moonlight stroll on the beach, return to the Old City for jazz at The Cellar Upstairs on the roof of the San Sebastian Winery.
